One aspect of our stewardship stance is to ensure that our Change Agent community counsels clients on sustainable practices. Eco-friendly technologies such as solar panels, rainwater harvesting systems, and green building materials is a great place to begin.
We strive to foster inclusive and vibrant communities as well. We believe that everyone should have access to safe and affordable housing. Through initiatives like affordable housing programs and homeowner down payment assistance programs, and community housing land trusts, we encourage our Change Agent community to support and create spaces that accommodate diverse needs, encourage social interaction, and promote a sense of belonging.
Embracing stewardship as our guiding value in real estate ownership enables us to create a path towards a more regenerative future.
