Regenerative Real Estate Gathering

August 24–27, 2022

A collaboration between River Bend Farm and Latitude

This is a gathering for those who desire to be in the conversation as the field of regenerative real estate is built.

Join us on the bucolic grounds of River Bend Farm in Saco, Maine. Come get to know those who are involved and be ready to evolve life and work.

We will tour River Bend Farm’s certified Living Building and learn about their master plan inspired by the Living Community Challenge. Enjoy local organic farm fresh food, fires at night, and new friends.

Then Join Us.

Open Space facilitation will guide our formal process to capture the creativity and enthusiasm of all who show up.

Our goals are to:

  • Capture emergence, collaboration, and communication

  • Think critically, reflect honestly, share openly

River BenD Farm

River Bend Farm is on the traditional land of the Sokokis Tribe of the Pequawket people of the Wabanaki confederacy. Generations of ancestors have cared for this land and we acknowledge its unjust seizure. We are learning and living on their territory, honor their culture, and are enormously grateful for their stewardship of the land.

River Bend Farm is a historic 105-acre farm on a scenic bend in the Saco River. It is a place to inspire learning and sustainable living. It is designed to bring people and nature together. We provide “live what you learn” opportunities for guests through hands-on exploration of Maine’s ecosystems, sustainable living practices, direct connection to food systems and farming along with modeling conservation-in-action. River Bend Farm is a place where people of all ages will find comfortable accommodations, delicious food, and beautiful outdoor spaces to explore.

About Open Space Facilitation

Open Space is designed for self-organization, inclusivity, and emergent agendas. The issues that are most important to the people attending will be included in the agenda. The issues raised will be addressed by the participants who are best able to get something done about it. The ideas, recommendations, discussions and next steps will be documented.
