For Steve Beshara of Vista Growth, design, creativity and harnessing potential is the sandbox that he has spent his career playing in. His company Vista Growth works with teams, organizations, and developers to create new projects and bring exciting ideas to life.
For Steve, bringing new ideas to life and taking risks isn’t just theoretical. For instance, he was the first person to build a Net Zero spec home in the agrihood of Serenbe located outside of Atlanta, Georgia. He isn’t stopping there either. Bolstered by his love of nature and his desire to help steward the planet, Steve sees real estate brimming with potential for regeneration.
As we seek to reimagine how we design, build, and steward homes and habitats, there is a real need to bring people together of diverse backgrounds and perspectives to create healthy, resilient, and whole communities. As a result, we might just change the world because of it.
