I am privileged to live and work in the Providence, Rhode Island area, and currently reside in Warren, Rhode Island. These lands have been stewarded for thousands of years by the Wampanoag, Pokanoket, and Narragansett people, and I pay my respects to their elders past, present, and emerging.

Jeff Matteis is a devoted Regenerative Real Estate Agent and Permaculture Educator committed to assisting landowners and prospective homeowners in unlocking the complete potential of their properties.

As a first-generation college student at Brown University, Jeff was inspired by the diversity of perspectives and the vast range of possibilities that the world has to offer. His studies in Modern Culture and Media, coupled with his Permaculture Design Certificates and Regenerative Gardening programs shaped his holistic understanding of living systems and the profound impact they can have on our lives and sense of potential.

Jeff's path towards regenerative real estate originated in the serene haven of the garden. Motivated by a profound desire to assist friends and neighbors in embracing a life centered around the garden, he discovered permaculture and was captivated by its principles of harmonious collaboration with nature. This revelation ignited a fervent determination to redefine our contemporary society, inspiring individuals to harmonize their lives with regenerative principles and discover profound joy throughout the transformative process. Jeff's dedication to this cause extends to organic farms in Rhode Island, where he actively engages in fieldwork, leads informative tours, and cultivates meaningful connections with local farmers.

Joining Latitude, Jeff is eager to lend his expertise in storytelling, digital marketing, and operations to amplify the work of the regenerative real estate movement.

He envisions a future where everyone lives a garden-centered lifestyle, consumer choices favor health and sustainability, and clean bodies of water and the majesty of the night sky are accessible to all. His ultimate hope is for a future marked by the communal sharing of resources and co-creation with the earth.

Jeff's happiest days are spent outside, under the sun, bobbing in the ocean, and connecting with others who live life and love passionately. He is a believer in possibility, a builder at heart, and a man who lives his life in alignment with his highest self.
