For the past five years, our brokerage has been on a mission that goes far beyond traditional real estate. We've dedicated ourselves to helping property owners showcase extraordinary homes that embody ecological richness and stewardship, while guiding buyers in creating their own life-giving sanctuaries.

Embracing Change with Purpose
Our approach resonated with people across the country, leading us to operate under a large, publicly traded brokerage firm to comply with state real estate licensing laws.
This structure allowed us to expand into more than 13 states at our peak, connecting with real estate professionals passionate about regeneration and people who have been living in their community stewarding home and place.
But the real estate landscape shifted. Rising interest rates, a historically slow market, and the constraints of a publicly traded firm with a different mission made it clear: it was time for us to reclaim our path.
A Milestone of Independence
We’re proud to announce that Latitude is now an independent brokerage, officially approved to offer brokerage services in Washington state. Neal Collins will serve as our Principal Broker.
Oregon and Wisconsin will soon follow, with Neal as Oregon’s Principal Broker and Mark Voss leading in Wisconsin. This shift marks a deepened commitment to our mission of regenerating land and community.
Alissa Collins remains the COO and Nathan Reimer is the lead agent in Oregon.
