Company Overview & Background
Latitude is the nation’s leading brokerage for regenerative living.
The company’s mission is to connect people and planet through real estate, grounded in the belief that homes can be sanctuaries—places that nurture wellbeing, inspire change in community, and contribute to the regeneration of people and the ecosystems around them.
Founded in 2019 by Neal and Alissa Collins, Latitude pioneered The Five Roots of Regenerative Real Estate—Health & Wellness, Sustainability, Community, Ecology, and Spirit—a framework that guides every transaction and partnership. Services are designed for homeowners, developers, and land stewards who are shifting the human legacy from extraction to regeneration.
Through brokerage, consulting, and educational initiatives—including The Regenerative Real Estate Podcast—Latitude is building the infrastructure for a regenerative real estate movement.
